Request your free radio code
Enter serial and email, accept the terms and confirm ownership. Our team checks every request and emails you the code. Processing time can vary.
How to get your code
- Find the serial number. It is on the label on the radio casing, sometimes on the display or the code card. See How it works.
- Send the request. Enter brand, serial and email, accept the terms and confirm you own the vehicle.
- Code by email. Our team handles every request. Timing varies by brand and unit.
Check your documents first
Before you send a request, have a look in the glovebox. Many cars came with a radio code card, a radio pass or, for Opel, the Car Pass. The code may also be written in the service book. If you find it there, you are done in a minute.
Brands you can ask about
- VW radio code for RCD 310, RCD 510, RNS 310, Gamma, Beta and other units with a VWZ number
- Audi radio code for Concert, Chorus and Symphony with an AUZ number
- Skoda and Seat radio code with an SKZ or SEZ number
- Opel radio code for CD30, CD 300, CDR 500 and units without a Car Pass
- Ford radio code for units with an M or V serial
- Blaupunkt and Becker radio code by BP or BE number
- Mercedes radio code for Audio 10, Audio 20 and Becker units
Which units we can process is checked on every request.
Why free?
We charge nothing for the code. No hidden fees, no subscription. We only need an email address to send it to you.
Serial number, not part number
Labels often carry several numbers. On VW units the part number starts with digits such as 1K0 or 5K0, the serial with VWZ. We need the serial. Watch for 0 and O, and 8 and B, when you type it.
Owners only
We help owners use their own radio again. Every request includes your confirmation that you own the vehicle or act with the owner's consent. If there is doubt about where a unit came from, we do not process the request.
